- Transition to NCAA (2023–2025): Began move to NCAA Division II in 2023–24. In 2024–25, the team officially joined the PacWest for most sports and entered the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) for men’s volleyball—a step up in competitive stature.
🏐 Competition & Performance Highlights
- MPSF Membership: Joined top-tier conference featuring elite volleyball programs like Pepperdine, USC, Stanford, and UCLA. Finished tied for 3rd in the inaugural season
🛤 Impact and Legacy Today
The program has grown from regional NAIA beginnings into a nationally visible NCAA Division II contender. With MPSF membership, Menlo competes in a nationally elite conference, offering players exposure to top-tier collegiate volleyball and preparing them for high-level competition—all while staying true to its roots in character-driven development.
